1. Acceptance of Terms

joy888 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, residential address, and payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued identification cards (Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, SSS/GSIS ID, or postal ID), utility bills, bank statements, or other documentation deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with joy888. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify joy888 customer support of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. joy888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Account Restrictions

joy888 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, suspicious betting patterns, abuse of bonuses or promotions, use of automated betting systems or bots, money laundering concerns, or failure to provide requested verification documents.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

joy888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and all major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others as displayed on our payment methods page. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20.00). Deposits are generally credited to your joy888 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. You warrant that all funds deposited into your joy888 account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. joy888 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintains the right to investigate the source of funds and refuse deposits that cannot be adequately explained or verified.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Daily withdrawal limits are ₱100,000 for standard accounts and up to ₱500,000 for VIP members, subject to adjustment based on account history and verification status.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. First-time withdrawal requests require submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team. 3.3 Dormant Accounts and Inactivity Fees

Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. After 18 months of continuous inactivity, joy888 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ₱500 per month, deducted from your account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification at least 30 days before any inactivity fees are applied.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotional page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the specific Promotion. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.

Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and scratch cards typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games like blackjack and baccarat contribute 10-20%; roulette contributes 10%; and some games may be entirely excluded. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from bonus activation.

joy888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonuses exclusively on low-risk betting strategies, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other fraudulent or manipulative behavior designed to exploit Promotions without genuine gameplay risk.

All Promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. joy888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Users must engage with the joy888 Service in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human interaction.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the joy888 platform.

• Money laundering or any activity designed to disguise the source of funds.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been gambled.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

joy888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect or have evidence of: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; use of automated systems; provision of false information; chargebacks or payment disputes; abusive behavior; or any other activity that we deem harmful to the integrity of the Service or other users.

Upon account closure or suspension, all pending bets will be settled according to normal rules. Deposits may be refunded (minus any applicable fees) if account closure is due to regulatory restrictions or platform unavailability in your jurisdiction. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, joy888 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JOY888, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your account or content;
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, delays, or errors;
• Loss of winnings, bets, or account balances due to platform errors or technical issues;
• Actions taken by us in connection with suspected violations of these Terms.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JOY888'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (₱1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless joy888, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any rights of a third party;

• Any false or misleading information provided during registration or account verification;
• Your breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Service, or your relationship with joy888 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact joy888 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution.

For disputes involving amounts less than ₱100,000, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and joy888 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver by joy888 of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. joy888's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. joy888 may freely assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or notice to you.

15.5 Force Majeure

joy888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event.
